The Misanthrope - Costumes

My take on "The Misanthrope" is loosely guided by 1870's fashion and cartoon animals. In my designs, each character has an animal assigned to their personality. For example, Arsinoe is a praying mantis while Alceste is a wasp. This adds energy and individuality to each person.
